All items are shipped from the Netherlands and delivered to the address provided on the order. We only deliver to residential or business addresses – not to P.O. boxes or parcel shops (this is also a safety measure for you). As an additional safety measure, our brand name does not appear on the outside of our packaging, nor in the sender address.

If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to wait until all items are in stock. If you prefer to receive items in separate deliveries, additional shipping fees may apply.

DELIVERY TIME

For products that are in stock, our standard delivery times are:

• The Netherlands: Delivered free of charge within 3–5 business days
• Europe: Delivered within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs will be quoted upon order placement.
• Worldwide: Delivered within 7–21 business days. Shipping costs will be quoted upon order placement.

Custom-made itemsThe delivery time for custom-made jewellery is typically between 6 and 10 weeks, depending on the design and finish. We will always aim to deliver your piece sooner if possible.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on product availability, production requirements, quality control and the delivery destination.

If a delay occurs, we will inform you where appropriate and comply with applicable statutory delivery requirements.

TRACK AND TRACE

All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped and registered by our courier, you will receive a tracking number by email (don’t forget to check your spam filter). You can always contact customer service for an update on your order at info@deparmedesign.com.
