After your order, the piece of jewellery will be sent within three working days. We ship our jewellery worldwide, within the Benelux this is free. Shipping costs will be charged for shipments outside the Netherlands. All shipments are fully insured and can be tracked via track & trace. You will receive an email when the order is shipped. The purchase may be returned within 14 days. In case of return, the purchase must be undamaged, unused and in a re-saleable condition and delivered to De Parme Design. If the purchase is received by the buyer in a damaged condition, the buyer must report this to De Parme Design within 24 hours. Every purchase comes with a 12 month warranty.
We accept Ideal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. In consultation you can also transfer the amount to the bank account of De Parme Design B.V. NL22 INGB 0006598049. Please contact us in advance via email@example.com. When you select Paypal at checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal site to login and view the amount displayed before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will be returned to De Parme Design. If you choose Ideal at checkout, then select the bank with which you want to make the Ideal payment. Then you need to scan the displayed QR code on your desktop or open your banking app on mobile to confirm the payment. All payments include 21% VAT.
